Hotel owner is wonderful. He remembered me from a year ago when I came down for the same medical study I was here for on this trip. The staff is very accommodating. They aim to please and make sure everything is perfect. There’s a daily free breakfast. They have a shuttle for short distances (did not apply to me ). I have stayed here twice and if I’m ever in the area again would totally come back. If I could have stayed here when Seattle was in the Super Bowl I would have, the hospitality is a night and day difference compared to a lot of other hotels you will stay at.

Booked a stay here for trip to take my son to see his favorite artists perform at Shoreline Amphitheater. This was one of the best stays ive had at a hotel. Rageev, Guneet and Fernanado were all amazing and helpful. This hotel has thought of everything you may need or want for a pleasant stay. At checkin we were given welcome bags that had slippers, eyemask for sleeping and a bottle of Path water and there are path refill stations. Rooms were super clean and had every hookup needed for computers or gaming consoles. Nice rabbit air filtration system as well. The windows open fully which is nice for fresh air. The bathroom has heated floors and a Japanese heated toilet seat. The shower has 3 heads. Overhead rain shower, regular wall shower head and a handheld head. Best shower ever. Nice selection of teas, coffees and snacks available free in lobby 24/7 but its the espresso/coffee machine available during breakfast that was my favorite. I've never stayed anywhere that I enjoyed the coffee available. Convenient location to Shoreline. Also there's an In N Out and corner store within a few minutes walking. We will definitely stay here again and refer friends.

The room was so clean with great amenities, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was free. The location was also great. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in this area. You will not be disappointed. It was one of our best hotel experiences ever. There is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue, you will want to stay on the ground floor. The check-in staff did offer to bring our luggage upstairs, but we were okay on our own.
