The rooms are really very high quality and the owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly! I had minor emergency (lost passport while out and about) which caused me to have to unexpectedly extend my stay without any notice. They went above and beyond to help try to locate passport as well as making rooms available and moving luggage between rooms as needed. As a result I saw 3 different rooms in the annex and can attest they were all clean and highly spec. The bed, mattress and pillows where all really comfy, and each room had reclining chairs and a desk with good desk chair. This is really good if needing to work. Free WiFi, excellent shower. The morning shuttle service (within about 6mi) is a real bonus if you are visiting without a car. The hotel serves a hot buffet breakfast which is good, but there are not too many local (walking distance) options for an evening meal unless you want to get an Uber to downtown mountain view. I would definitely book here again, though I might also book a hire car.

This is by far the best Hotel I ever stayed at in my life. I took my son out to give my fiancé a break from the stay at home mom life. She was burnt out and needed a break. I looked for hotels in the local area and stumbled upon this gem. Once I saw the bidet and air purifier in the room I was sold haha. I did an early check in on Saturday and when I walked into the room I was shocked. It was as if my mother cleaned it. I have never been in an Air Bnb or hotel this immaculate. Usually when I go into hotels I still keep some sandals on. Not here. The floor was so clean you can eat off it (don't recommend). My son on the other hand loved it so much. He was bouncing off the walls in there. His skin is very sensitive to pollen and other types of allergens but the air purifier in the room made it better for him. He usually wakes up every other hour to scratch his body. It was way less in here. He only woke up once throughout the night! He slept good. Played good. And enjoyed his stay. I met the Clerk Gerald I believe his name is. Very accommodating to all my needs. Seeing him work and clean the breakfast area shows he really cares about his position at Hotel Strata. He asked me if I had any complaints or concerns. I couldn't think of any. Only thing, is I wish I found out about this place sooner. I met Keirut (Owner) I'm sure I'm spelling all these names wrong... but he is a very stand up good guy. Please keep all these workers, clerks, housekeepers, and maintenance guys. They are doing one hell of a job. Thank you for the amazing stay. About to book another weekend for next month.
