A COVID-19 Update for Our Hotel Strata Family

At Hotel Strata, your well-being remains our highest priority. As we start getting back to travel, we assure you that we are still monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and continuing steps to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff. As a part of the Mountain View community for more than a decade, we have always been known for the care, safety and wellness of our guests. This tradition continues and we will be consistently adapting.
We remain committed to the highest standards and are vigilant with our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to provide you with a healthy hospitality experience, especially as we adapt a new normal. The following measures have been implemented to give guests peace of mind as we get back to business and leisure travel:
  • Training staff on social distancing and sanitizing procedures
  • Social distancing signage in all common areas
  • Electrostatic sanitizing with CDC recommended sprayers
  • Frequency in cleaning with proper disinfectants against covid-19 and sanitizing surfaces in rooms and common areas
  • Increased frequency of cleaning public spaces, including the front desk, concierge desk, elevators and buttons, door handles, and public bathrooms
  • All guest keys are sanitized for a safe and clean experience.
  • Continued frequently to disinfect high touchpoints, including switch panels, remote controls, faucets, doorknobs, and handrails—throughout the hotel.
  • Hand sanitizer stations in the lobby and at the entrance for guests and staff
  • A daily breakfast with "grab and go" bags
  • I-room Rabbit Air purifiers with Germ Defense Filters for added health measure and clean air
  • Pathwater Refillable Water bottle for all guests
  • Secured exterior corridors for guest safety and easy social distancing when leaving a room
  • Continually evolving our process to improve our guest's experience for safety
  • Locally made furniture and procured furnishing to support the community economy

No Cancellation Fees and Full Refunds for Direct Bookings

To provide flexibility to our guests with travel plans, Hotel Strata is waiving cancellation fees for individual reservations. In addition, we are providing full refunds for all Advance Purchase & Non-Refundable reservations directly made with Hotel Strata for stays through May 2020. Note: This policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking.
We encourage all guests and employees to continue to take precautions, including frequent hand washing, social distancing, and covering coughs and sneezes to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. More prevention measures may be found on the CDC website here.
