Don't let the outside of this hotel fool you. I spent 3 nights here and plan on returning every few months to this spot. My room was immaculately clean (a big concern during our current times) and very well appointed. From a heated toilet seat, to a deep sunken tub,to the mirror in the bathroom turning into a TV, to a Dyson hair dryer, to a yoga mat and foam rollers, this room surpassed my expectations. Their customer service is exemplary. A shout out to Estefania who was so wonderful when I called to make my reservation. She took her time with me and I could tell she truly cared about making my visit special. The front desk team went out of their way to make me feel well taken care of. They have free bikes you can borrow and lots of trails in the area. Castro street is a short walk away. They have a lovely outdoor patio area with ping pong tables and a fireplace. This is a family owned hotel and so much better than the corporate Mariotts and Hyatts out there. Real luxury, super customer service, prime location, and very reasonably priced. Best hotel my family and I ever been to. The technology is incredible, everything very perfect. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast flexible. There were patios where you could sit and eat. If I came to Mountain View again, I would definitely stay here.
