This hotel is amazing. The level of attention paid to convenience in the rooms, and to ensuring guests have a great time - is really exceptional. I travel a lot and this stands true even compared to top 5 star hotels, I have never had such a convenient room. Examples: TV comes with easy to use HDMI capble to connect laptop. Japanese style bidet toilet with heated seat. Many easy to access outlets which support international plugs and USBs. Rollover table to eat in bed while watching. Switches to turn off lights near the bed. etc. In addition, the hotel has it's own shuttle to bring Googler's (such as myself) to the Google campus. The hotel staff is very friendly, and both the housekeeping and the reception wore masks. Favourite hotel to visit in SF Bay from now on.

Don't let the outside of this hotel fool you. I spent 3 nights here and plan on returning every few months to this spot. My room was immaculately clean (a big concern during our current times) and very well appointed. From a heated toilet seat, to a deep sunken tub,to the mirror in the bathroom turning into a TV, to a Dyson hair dryer, to a yoga mat and foam rollers, this room surpassed my expectations. Their customer service is exemplary. A shout out to Estefania who was so wonderful when I called to make my reservation. She took her time with me and I could tell she truly cared about making my visit special. The front desk team went out of their way to make me feel well taken care of. They have free bikes you can borrow and lots of trails in the area. Castro street is a short walk away. They have a lovely outdoor patio area with ping pong tables and a fireplace. This is a family owned hotel and so much better than the corporate Mariotts and Hyatts out there. Real luxury, super customer service, prime location, and very reasonably priced.
