I always use Hotel Strata when in the area. They go above and beyond making their customers comfortable. They pay attention to the details and are always very attentive.

This review is truly overdue! I travel for work, and this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. I was greeted by a very friendly and accommodative staff, a pair of slippers, and a very clean and spacious room - with hardwood floors, beyond comfortable bedding (I always request a foam pillow when traveling for work, which they had waiting on my bed for my arrival) refrigerator, microwave, and stove! The bathrooms were amazing, with heated floors. The staff here are phenomenal, they truly do treat you like family here - I actually extended my stay from a 4 night to an 11 night because of how great everyone was! Housekeeping comes by everyday, and breakfast was great, with variation. In a nice, central location in Mountain View/Palo Alto, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

This is an over-achiever boutique hotel! Really top shelf service with all the right amenities, great suites, security, complimentary gourmet coffee and breakfast, and complimentary shuttle service to most local businesses, all at a great value price too. BTW, it's a great location too, so don't wait to book, rooms go fast expecially to the Silicon valley crowd. Also. I had a small event here too on their outdoor covered private terrace. It's a nice place for entertaining and socializing with firends or colleagues. This is my go to place in Mountain View, CA.
