Loved this hotel. ...

Loved this hotel. The rooms are exceptional; every detail is well thought through. The interactions with Dilip and all the staff was outstanding, they aim to deliver customer delight. For someone who traveled extensively for 40 years, both in the US and internationally, I would rate this hotel very highly.

The staff here is ...

The staff here is very attentive. The housekeeping is really spectacular and the rooms are just so cool. Breakfast is far above par for a hotel. Good coffee and a good selection of food. I stay here every time I come to the Bay Area.
