It was my first visit to Mountain View / CA , but the staff of the Hotel Strata made me feel so safe, approachable and of course helpful in every manner. Right from the moment I checked-in , it was a warm welcome by Ms Guneet and the facilities and room was top notch. I stayed for 10 nights but never had to regret anything about my hotel selection. Room was super spacious ( my room was King Suite ) , complimentary breakfast was too good ( one of the hot breakfast also includes Indian delicacies ) . This review will not do justice if i do not mention the good connect i had with the owners of the hotel Mr Dilip and Mr Kirit ( they are always around to help you) , the complementary drop to office and the ride by Mr Kirit is also so insightful. House keeping does a wonderful job each and every day. I would definitely stay in Hotel Strata whenever i visit next. Location of the hotel is also spot on , you can explore some nearby places like downtown Mountain view. Hotel has laundromat , water purifier to refill your drinking water bottles , mini bar , gym, nice sit out place and a nice and cozy place to have breakfast. You can grab coffee and few to-go items like yogurt etc round the clock ( any yes the hotel does not charge for it ) P.S. The nice gesture by Mr Dilip to keep a small teddy bear in my room for my kid back home is something unexpected ( my son likes it very much and has named in "new baby" )

Here for a week long business trip at HQ and hotel strata was an absolute gem; from the cleanliness of the room, robust facilities to homely breakfast spread and complimentary shuttle services daily to nearby offices, I can now understand the reason behind all the five star reviews. The owners and staff are all super lovely and friendly, giving me a home away from home. Will definitely rebook this place for future business trips here.

A Hidden Gem in Mountain View - 5 Stars! I recently stayed at Hotel Strata in Mountain View while in the area for work in Saratoga, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. At first glance, the hotel might look like an unassuming motor lodge with an abandoned cantina in the middle of the courtyard, but don’t be fooled. From the moment you arrive, the incredible staff sets the tone with their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. When you step into your room, it feels like you’ve been transported to a 5-star hotel. The amenities are beyond impressive—this place had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, and the pillows were phenomenal. The room was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need: plush robes, slippers, complimentary bottled water, a refrigerator and wet bar, Nespresso coffee and teas The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a shower with three heads, a television monitor embedded in the mirror, and even a bidet. I felt like I was back in Japan. The room was incredibly quiet, soundproof, and spacious, complete with a cozy fireplace and an air purification system that made the environment even more comfortable. Hotel Strata exceeded all my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
