Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Strata for a day. Great hospitality and very warm staff and owner. They have breakfast included with dishes from different cuisines including Indian. They have an open cereal bar, snacks, chai and coffee 24hrs. They have shuttle drop off service to nearby offices. Rooms are squeaky clean with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and heated bathroom floors! Icing on the cake, they even give out teddy bear to guests with kids (even if the kids are not with them), so we have a souvenir to take home to the little ones. So rare to see the thoughtfulness and curated experience towards their guests. Wish my stay was longer!

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. Last night, I walked into the hotel feeling heartbroken, just needing a place to stay for one night. The front desk agent, Guneet, welcomed me with such genuine care and kindness. She personally walked me through the check-in process, showed me to my room, and even gave me a full tour of the hotel to ensure I felt comfortable and safe. Not long after I got to my room, she called to check in and told me to let her know if I needed anything. That small act of kindness made such a big difference—it truly warmed my heart in a very difficult moment. This morning when I checked out, the manager, Dilip, also greeted me with warmth and kindness. He asked if there was anything they could do to improve and made sure I was okay. I really felt cared for. The room itself was absolutely clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was how I was treated—not just as a guest, but as a person. To Guneet and Dilip: You have no idea how much your compassion and service can heal someone in a tough time. Your kindness is powerful. And to top it all off—after I checked out, Dilip gave me a gift: a super cute teddy bear that genuinely touched my heart. It’s one of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place filled with warmth and humanity. 😇
