I would rate 5 ...

I would rate 5 stars for the amenities, room, service and the proactiveness of the staff. The room is very modern with desk setup, lounge chair for both business and leisure stay. The staff is very helpful and makes sure that your stay is comfortable, the place is 24*7 food items available and free breakfast, free shuttle for nearby areas as well. I would love to stay at Hotel Strata again.

Coming from a Titanium ...

Coming from a Titanium Elite Marriott member, a Diamond Hilton member and someone that travels 200+ days a year. This is one of the top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service, attention to detail, and amenities have blown me away. The heated floors, custom furniture, breakfast, selection of teas/coffees daily, the list goes on. This hotel is a MUST STAY!

I'll always pick this ...

I'll always pick this hotel when I'm staying in Mountain View. The rooms are great. Very comfortable bed, all the amenities you need, roomy, clean, fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for getting to work or anywhere else and there's always parking available.
