This place ups the game for Bay Area hotels and will be my preferred stay for all future visits. Amazing staff and hospitality, truly great breakfast ( by Bay Area Standards ) including Indian options, so definitely a heaven for vegetarians. And they even have a free all day snack bar ! Rooms are perfectly designed and extremely comfortable. And they even gave Teddy Bears for our kids !

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and they offer more amenities than most 4-5 star hotels. Guests can expect things like slippers, personal kits, and even fancy Toto toilets.The bed and comforters are super comfortable and clean, the floors are spotless, you can definitely see how much pride and care the owners and staff put into this place, and the most unforgettable warm customer service they provide. It is absolutely rare to have that level of customer service today. Don't let the outside fool you; I have stayed here twice for work, and if I ever go visit Mountain View for a family vacation, I will definitely stay Here. Oh, and I forgot to mention they have free breakfast and snacks!

Manager Ganeet made our 3 night stay SO special. I was on a work trip with my son and she went out of her way to give us a goody bag at arrival (slippers, bottled water & an eye mask) as well as offer him stuffies and candy daily. In addition to the excellent service, we were thrilled by the bathroom's heated floors and the many special lights that made our stay comfortable and safe. We enjoyed the free parking and the walkable In n Out too. We would definitely stay again.
