The service was great. I had a small issue with my room and they were able to move me immediately. The rooms are very modern with everything laid out perfectly. I will stay here in the future but I will note a few things. The hardwood floors are sleek and beautiful but some might prefer carpets or rugs. They do supply slippers. The location on El Camino next to a lot under construction has some morning noise, but was convenient to 237. There are automatic lights under the nightstands i found annoying and unnecessary. Unplug them before going to sleep. The motel arrangement with a walkway outside your window means you can have natural light or privacy. Pick one. HVAC was effective but take a few minutes to read the instructions next to the thermostat. The free breakfast and coffee was great. Very modern bathroom, charging setup, tv. Great charging outlets, comfortable bed. in-room Nespresso. Exercise matt. Everything you need with a very convenient setup. Most of all, great staff. Good value. Still despite these tradedoffs I will be back

This hotel was rated exceptional on booking and I booked this only to find out what made it so highly rated and I wasn't disappointed. They treated us like family. They're all so nice that describing in few words would be unjust. They had gone beyond to serve us. It's clean, good breakfast, snacks options available 24X7, quick service, chats at breakfast, do's and don'ts suggestions, amazing stories by Dilip Sir and Keerat Sir and always smiling Guneet. All of them made the stay memorable. Thanks to all🙏

I recently stayed at Hotel Strata in Mountain View, and I can’t say enough about the experience. It’s a family-owned boutique property run by Mr. Patel and his family, who bring genuine warmth, pride, and attention to detail to every aspect of the stay. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and offers amenities that rival — and often surpass — five-star hotels: Toto bidet toilets, heated bathroom floors, plush robes, premium linens, and personalized service at every turn. Mr. Patel and his team checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed, and their hospitality made the visit truly memorable. A rare find where comfort, cleanliness, and human touch come together perfectly.
