One of the best hotels to stay in Mountain View. The staff of the hotel is super kind and always willing to help with every little detail. Their shuttle is also really convenient to travel to the main offices in the area. I hope to come back soon!

Strata Hotel in Mountain View truly exceeded my expectations. We booked the suite, and it felt like a thoughtfully designed apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The living room was spacious enough for our daughter to comfortably take her Zoom classes, and the setup included a Nespresso machine, a scale, and a bathroom with both a full shower and a separate bathtub. The separate bedroom had a king bed with one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, and the pillow options were so good that, for the first time, I didn’t feel the need to bring my own. I also loved the sleek flooring—no carpets—making the space feel fresh, clean, and modern. We booked a second room with a king bed, and it was just as comfortable. What made Strata stand out was the incredible intentionality behind every detail. Small touches like nightlights that automatically turned on when I got up in the middle of the night made a huge difference. The amenities were beyond thoughtful—extra razors, vanity kits, toothbrushes, mouthwash—everything you might need was already there. Service was another highlight. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and made us feel truly cared for. On arrival, we were greeted with bottled water and slippers, and I loved seeing refill stations with cold, filtered water around the property. The convenience was also unmatched. A microwave in the room meant I could reheat leftovers instead of eating out for every meal. The breakfast bar was impressive too, stocked with 24-hour snacks like madeleines and granola bars, plus hard-boiled eggs, protein-packed yogurt, cereal, granola, a waffle maker for the kids, and a great tea and coffee selection (including chai). It was clear they thought of everyone, from kids to health-conscious travelers. Strata Hotel combines the warmth of a boutique stay with the polish of a five-star property. From comfort to service to amenities, everything felt intentional and elevated—I’d gladly stay here again any time I’m in Mountain View.
