Stayed at Hotel Strata for a business visit and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and hospitality shown by the staff were outstanding. Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Strata for a day. Great hospitality and very warm staff and owner. They have breakfast included with dishes from different cuisines including Indian. They have an open cereal bar, snacks, chai and coffee 24hrs. They have shuttle drop off service to nearby offices. Rooms are squeaky clean with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and heated bathroom floors! Icing on the cake, they even give out teddy bear to guests with kids (even if the kids are not with them), so we have a souvenir to take home to the little ones. So rare to see the thoughtfulness and curated experience towards their guests. Wish my stay was longer!

I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Mountain View. The rooms are really nice, with so many amenities you won't find in other places, including tons of options for the customary breakfast, bikes to borrow, heated bathroom floor, bidet, slippers, etc. The staff is genuinely nice, helpful, and thoughtful - when my coworker had to stay there for a month with his wife and baby, the staff brought their baby a gift every day. In every way, they go above and beyond!
