Amazing service and friendly staff!

It is absolutely impossible to say anything negative about this wonderful hotel, both the staff and the hotel itself. My worst comment would be that the remote control for the bathroom mirror/tv (yes- there is such a thing), needed new batteries, which they immediately provided. I have not been treated better at a hotel in my life and I've stayed at hundreds. The breakfast is fantastic and includes a wonderful Indian dish every morning. The Swiss coffee machine costs as much as my car and makes every permutation of coffee you can dream off and offers local beans as well. The selections of teas includes 24 choices. The rooms includes things like a motion detector light under the nightstand so you don't trip going to the bathroom in the dark. Also thoughtful things like a clip for the curtain so you can completely block out light if you choose (that's always a challenge). I won't tell you the rest of the cool things you'll find in the room. A gift bag is also provided with a few thoughtful extras. Also enjoy the totally cool curated collection of model sports cars that includes Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari are in the lobby. Thank you Hotel Strata for a wonderful stay.
