Mr. Dilip, you and your Family are Amazing. When our daughter booked our rooms, I hadn't known that she told you that we were coming for my Brother's Funeral. When we first arrived, we hadn't even parked the car yet, and our room door was already wide open, ready & waiting for us. I was so impressed with how clean it was, and everything was so hi-tech, right down to the heated toilet seat! But we hadn't been in the room long, before you called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction... Then you told me how very sorry you were for our loss. I was in tears! What a thoughtful, caring gesture! The day we were checking out, you showed us a menu and made us breakfast! A lot of hotels offer a small buffet breakfast, but you had omelets, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, juice, and so much more! At breakfast, you brought over our breakfast and told us again how very sorry you were for our loss. I was in tears and jokingly said “I’m gonna give you a 5-star review.” You said, "Oh Mam, it's not about stars, it's about Family and doing the right thing." As we were packing our cars up, you came out and offered to help in any way you could. I took out one of the Memorial Brochures, telling all about my Brother's life, and gave it to you and said, "I want you to meet my Brother. He was an amazing man." You held it close to your heart and you stood outside, until we had all left. What an Honor it was to stay in your Family's Hotel. We will never forget your kindness.

Hotel Strata is a gem! I took my sons on a last minute getaway and chose to stay at this establishment because of the central location, the amenities, and the quality. The room was Huge! It had a perfect kitchenette, an amazing bathroom with extra technology like a towel warmer, a bidet, and even warm floors akin to the Korean style homes. The beds were very comfortable and the down pillows cradled my head so well that I slept through the night! The staff even placed a real baby crib in the room with two cute little teddy bears for my 10-month old son, which was so thoughtful and impressive. Upon unpacking, I even found Yoga equipment ready for use! As if all of that wasn't enough, the hotel staff serves a delicious HOT breakfast each morning that is included in your stay. Kirit, the owner, often enjoys chatting with guests and offering recommendations for site-seeing, as well as arranging rides in their shuttle to and from major corporations for business travelers. They even offer bicycles you can freely borrow for the day to cruise around town! It was refreshing to see such amazing personalized service and kindness of a family-owned and operated business. I HIGHLY recommend Hotel Strata to anyone and everyone! You will be very happy with a great sleep, a full stomach, and smiles all around when you choose Strata :) We certainly were!
