They genuinely asked me multiple times how my stay was and to let them know if they could do anything to make my experience better. I decided to go into the office earlier than their complimentary shuttle start time, and the driver went out of his way to drive me anyways so I didn’t have to call a Lyft. They go above and beyond for their guests and they make you feel like family.

Very very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, spacious, and full of fantastic amenities. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The folks who run the place genuinely care that your stay was perfect. Anything you need, they'll go out of their way to make it happen. It's listed as a 3 star hotel, but I've stayed in 5 star hotels that were less comfortable and less attentive than this. Highly recommended!
