Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. And I’ve traveled a lot. I’ve stayed in hotels in Tennessee, New York, Orlando, Miami, Ohio, Michigan, Orlando, Toronto, as well as in South Korea, Malaysia, other Asian countries, and Costa Rica in Latin America. The attention given by the staff here is incredible. Honestly, I’ve never been to a place where... First, it’s a family-run hotel, right? And that adds so much to the experience. Second, one of the standout things is the personalization. The rooms are amazing, with every amenity that makes you feel truly pampered and well taken care of. I can’t think of another hotel that has made me feel this level of care. The owner, his son, the whole family—they are always checking in to make sure you feel good. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend any other hotel over this one. There are big chains, luxury hotels and all that, but the attention you’ll find here, it’s unmatched. I am so grateful to the owner, Dilip Patel, for all the attention he gave me, and to his son as well. I’m just one person, but still, they made me feel so special. Congratulations to them for the incredible human touch they bring. If you compare this to other big chains, you’ll never find this level of treatment. These are people who genuinely make you feel good, right? Staying here, supporting them, you know they’re real, incredible human beings. Truly, I can’t recommend them enough. I'm extremely fond of Strata Hotel & all of their staff. They are so considerate in all ways -- they really think of everything and you are well taken care of. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and upgraded, and the service is phenomenal. Thank you Strata, can't wait to stay there again!

It was my first visit to Mountain View / CA , but the staff of the Hotel Strata made me feel so safe, approachable and of course helpful in every manner. Right from the moment I checked-in , it was a warm welcome by Ms Guneet and the facilities and room was top notch. I stayed for 10 nights but never had to regret anything about my hotel selection. Room was super spacious ( my room was King Suite ) , complimentary breakfast was too good ( one of the hot breakfast also includes Indian delicacies ) . This review will not do justice if i do not mention the good connect i had with the owners of the hotel Mr Dilip and Mr Kirit ( they are always around to help you) , the complementary drop to office and the ride by Mr Kirit is also so insightful. House keeping does a wonderful job each and every day. I would definitely stay in Hotel Strata whenever i visit next. Location of the hotel is also spot on , you can explore some nearby places like downtown Mountain view. Hotel has laundromat , water purifier to refill your drinking water bottles , mini bar , gym, nice sit out place and a nice and cozy place to have breakfast. You can grab coffee and few to-go items like yogurt etc round the clock ( any yes the hotel does not charge for it ) P.S. The nice gesture by Mr Dilip to keep a small teddy bear in my room for my kid back home is something unexpected ( my son likes it very much and has named in "new baby" )
