The best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. Last night, I walked into the hotel feeling heartbroken, just needing a place to stay for one night. The front desk agent, Guneet, welcomed me with such genuine care and kindness. She personally walked me through the check-in process, showed me to my room, and even gave me a full tour of the hotel to ensure I felt comfortable and safe. Not long after I got to my room, she called to check in and told me to let her know if I needed anything. That small act of kindness made such a big difference—it truly warmed my heart in a very difficult moment. This morning when I checked out, the manager, Dilip, also greeted me with warmth and kindness. He asked if there was anything they could do to improve and made sure I was okay. I really felt cared for. The room itself was absolutely clean and comfortable, but what stood out the most was how I was treated—not just as a guest, but as a person. To Guneet and Dilip: You have no idea how much your compassion and service can heal someone in a tough time. Your kindness is powerful. And to top it all off—after I checked out, Dilip gave me a gift: a super cute teddy bear that genuinely touched my heart. It’s one of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received.
