Amazing hotel! We've lived in Mountain View for 15 years and have driven by this hotel many times. We are having our flooring redone in our house and we needed a place to stay for a few nights and decided to try this hotel. We're glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the General Manager who was very friendly. We had a 2 queen bed executive room and we were extremely surprised at how nice it was. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is a small kitchenette with a hot plate in the counter, a small fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and water kettle. The bathroom has a bidet toilet and rainfall shower (as well as a standard shower head and handheld if guests prefer those). Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and there were many items to choose from including an espresso machine. The GM was there in the morning as well and greeted us and was very attentive. There were maybe 25 varieties of tea and free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. We will definitely be staying here the next time we need a hotel, or possibly if we just need a small vacation. Overall, a wonderful hotel and amazing staff!

Every time I stay at the Hotel Strata, I am impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff. My recent stay was no exception: impeccably clean and comfortable, with a great included breakfast and a complementary morning shuttle to local corporate offices. The rooms are furnished with countless thoughtful details and amenities, and the staff is friendly and accommodating–they go out of their way to make every guest feel at home away from home.

My husband, two friends, and I stayed at Hotel Strata in Mountain View during our Super Bowl trip, and it was truly a wonderful experience. I initially found the hotel through the American Express hotel list, where it came highly recommended, and I now completely understand why. The hospitality from the family ownership was authentic, warm, and genuinely kind. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and modern, and the attention to detail throughout the property was clear. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, especially for a smaller buffet. The location was great, about a 20 minute walk to the cute downtown area, and just one block from In N Out Burger, which was a fun and convenient bonus. They drove us to the train station so we could easily get to Levi’s Stadium for the game. It was a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Strata and look forward to returning in the future.
