Truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The hotel rooms have everything you could want — heated floors in the bathroom, a bidet, a Dyson hair dryer, yoga mats and blocks, a rain shower, large TVs, motion-sensor lighting, a free shuttle, the list goes on! I’ve never been more comfortable in a hotel; I didn’t want to leave! The owner is also an absolutely incredible person, and all the workers there are attentive and kind. Could not recommend highly enough!

This place is a hidden gem in Mountain View. No other hotel at the similar price range can offer so many modern amenities. Air purifier, TOTO bidet, reclining chair, fancy shower head, 65" LED TV, high-speed wifi (extremely reliable, 100+ mpbs), docking station, complimentary breakfast, all-day free-to-use micro kitchen loaded with rolls, cupcakes, juices and yogurts etc.. They even have a weighing scale to check the luggage weight in the lobby, and it came super handy for me. The parking was very convenient, and I could park my car right in-front of my room. They offered a re-usable water bottle during check-in, and I was able to re-fill water for the entire stay from the water station in the hotel. More importantly, the hospitality was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and they literally treated me like family. They offered help in unloading the super-heavy luggages, shredding 200+ documents, signing parcels etc.

I've stayed here I think 4 times now, and I'll keep coming back for my business trips. This place is really great in a lot of ways: * It's right in the heart of silicon valley, close to tech companies --- so a short commute for tech workers. They even offer a dedicated shuttle for certain tech companies. * They have free/included breakfast in the morning * The rooms are spacious and always clean. Also, I've been in a handful of their rooms at this point and they're all practically identical, which is a great thing. Good walk-in shower, good bed, good AC, a fridge and microwave, a desk, a couple good TVs --- the rooms are very well situated. * The WiFi speed is hilariously good. I measured 300 Mbps down and 580 Mbps up with 3 ms ping on my laptop. That's significantly better than my home internet. * The front desk staff are very friendly * They give out a nice bag of goodies upon check in, including a water bottle, some tea, and some slippers. It's small stuff, but it just feels nice. Also, they have on-site laundry and a gym and a nice little outdoor area to hang out --- and I haven't even used those things yet really. It's overall just a surprisingly great place to stay. Literally nothing to complain about with this place.
