I have not been to a hotel with this many facilities in a very long time. The bathroom has everything you may need (even a bidet!), the furniture is very comfortable, clean, and equipped with high tech and fancy things like a pull out table that can move to the bed so u can eat or use your laptop. The wifi speed was also fast for anyone who needs to work from the hotel or stream videos. The service was also amazing. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a very nice welcome kit. The breakfast had so many options. If you are hungry or thirsty at night, they leave some snacks from breakfast and the coffee and tea varieties are insane. I would totally recommend this place for anyone travelling to Mountain View.

This place is a hidden gem in Mountain View. No other hotel at the similar price range can offer so many modern amenities. Air purifier, TOTO bidet, reclining chair, fancy shower head, 65" LED TV, high-speed wifi (extremely reliable, 100+ mpbs), docking station, complimentary breakfast, all-day free-to-use micro kitchen loaded with rolls, cupcakes, juices and yogurts etc.. They even have a weighing scale to check the luggage weight in the lobby, and it came super handy for me. The parking was very convenient, and I could park my car right in-front of my room. They offered a re-usable water bottle during check-in, and I was able to re-fill water for the entire stay from the water station in the hotel. More importantly, the hospitality was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and they literally treated me like family. They offered help in unloading the super-heavy luggages, shredding 200+ documents, signing parcels etc.

I visited in September for a business trip and my experience was beyond expectations. 5⭐ rooms 5⭐ service 5⭐ location! Check-in was quick and easy at the front desk. There's complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 in the lobby and water bottle refill stations. While the exterior of the hotel might not look particularly noteworthy, inside the room is amazing! And despite being on a major road, it was very quiet and I had no issues with noise whatsoever (and I'm a light sleeper, so that's saying something!). I had a room on the second (top) floor of the main building. It was super spacious, and felt luxe with the plush bed and pillows, huge TV, desk, large vanity, and bidet toilet. The room I had included a pants iron, regular iron + full-size board, yoga mat, hair dryer, mini fridge, coffee station (I think Nescafe?), and many additional amenities, toiletries, and features (like the motion sensor nightlights. There are also plenty of electrical outlets including 3-prong and USB-A sockets. We also took advantage of the free morning shuttles to local offices. Kirit was a delight to get to know and talk with -- he is a people person and so friendly and accommodating. In fact, the whole staff was very kind and warm. In terms of location, the hotel does have parking and is on a major road. However, it is walkable from Castro Street and is right around the corner from In-N-Out 😉 Highly recommend this hotel for any business or personal stays. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips to the South Bay!
