The location is great, the bedrooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is included, and the staff is kind and polite. I had trouble sleeping there though, because there are too many lights in the room.

Friendly service and big rooms with huge TV screen. They also offer a free shuttle to go around in the area in the mornings + free bikes. Breakfast is also nice to have (but nothing special). There were 1-2 power outages during my stay, but they probably affected the whole area, so not much the hotel can do. The sound-proofing in the rooms could also be improved a bit - in general the hotel seems to be a retrofitted motel, so e.g. the window goes out to the walkway, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Fantastic family owned and operated. Great rooms, morning breakfast is great as well. 4 star instead of 5 only due to minimal good places to eat in close proximity. I'd stay here again for sure.
