Strata is amazing you won't regret staying here. The hotel staff treat you like family, and do their absolute best to take care of anything, going above and beyond. My fiancé and I are moving from Austin Texas to Mountain View for work, and Strata is our first stop which means, we have a LOT of luggage, a bunch of stuff that we need to figure out, and the staff here made things super easy for us. Here, you are not just a room number, you are a person with unique needs and they definitely show that they care in every interaction you have. Staff members here are patient, accommodating, and very sweet to help us sign packages, answer questions. We can not be more grateful. There is complimentary breakfast in the morning and snacks all day. Their bike rental program is also very convenient while we wait for the car to be delivered. Walking distance to grocery stores. Highly recommend, would give 10 stars if there is an options.

To summarize this place: quality and thoughtful touches all around. Simple things done well Biggest Pros: -amazing and super professional staff -very reasonable prices -every possible amenity you could need (rooms come with safes, pretty high end mini fridges, foam rollers, yoga mats, heavy curtains that actually block out the sun, there's onsite laundry services, lots of complimetary offerings, etc) -very quiet -great wine and liquor store adjacent, if you need it Biggest cons: -none really, but if I had to try to complain: gym doesn't have a squat rack or a deadlift bar, but like, it's still pretty good for a hotel gym? (you could do a reasonable upper body workout if you are handy with dumbbells). I guess the area isn't super walkable but that's more of a general problem for this part of South Bay
