AWESOME HOTEL AND STAFF!! I would rate Hotel Strata in Mountain View, CA in the top 1% of all hotels I have stayed in over the past 40 years. Clean is an understatement....I would say spotless and safe describes this hotel better. Once we checked in, the staff came out front (of course wearing a mask) and sanitized the counter, credit card terminal and pen before the next guest stepped up to check in. I have never seen this before at a hotel (even though this had been my dream that businesses would show this kind of concern for their guests). As for the rooms, they go beyond expectations: clean, comfortable, air purifier, coffee, comfy beds, lovely reclining leather chairs, awesome triple shower heads, TV in mirror in the bathroom, heated seat in the bathroom, the list goes on......including free bikes to explore the area. Regarding the staff, they go beyond extending great service to each person. My husband and I were warmly welcomed and they even asked us before we left if there were areas where they could improve. There’s no starbucks in the lobby but the coffee machine will prepare any combo coffee/expresso/hot chocolate that you want. As far as I'm concerned, this is our new Mountain View hotel when we are next in the area. BOOK IT NOW!!!! YOU WILL BE HAPPY THAT YOU DID!!!! Enjoy!! Jim and Tim

I’m so happy I found this place. These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer experience & also sanitization in their facility. I loved everything about it. We got the suite and it was well worth it! Everything from the heated floors & bidet in the bathroom, the living space and they even had a nexpresso coffee machine in the room! We will definitely be back!
