Stayed here about a year ago. From appearance it looks like a very mediocre motel that you see everywhere in west, but it is indeed a hidden gem in Mountain View. 1. Room is equipped with fancy stuff, like Herman Miller chair, bidet toilet, under-the-mirror TV that you can watch when showering... 2. Location is great, not close to SFO or SJC, but next to In-n-out (must try if you haven't), Asian Supermarket (99 Ranch Market) and most importantly most silicon valley companies. I believe they (or Google) also have shuttle to Google HQ. 3. Breakfast is also good, not luxury but much better than what you can expect from most free breakfast offered by hotels.

The room was huge and the reception staff was very personable unlike huge hotels. A perfect place for comfortable stay unless you need luxuries. The rooms are also loaded with technology such as heated toilet seats, heated floor in the bath room etc. Very practical hotel.
